As someone who has had the privilege of calling more than one country home, today always reminds me how deeply I appreciate the opportunities that freedom makes possible.

I’m grateful for this country, for the life I’ve built here, for my family, and for the ability to create a career and a life I truly love. To me, freedom is about so much more than where we live. It’s the chance to choose our own path, chase big dreams, start over when we need to, and build a future that reflects who we are.

Freedom isn’t something to take for granted. It’s something that has been fought for, protected, and honored by those who came before us. And it’s something we can honor every day by living with purpose, gratitude, and kindness.
