In a business as rigorous and consequential as real estate, it's important to stay on top of your self-care. Not only that, but take it seriously too. We need to be there, fully, for our clients every step of the way. But we can only be there for them if we're there for ourselves first.
So whatever self-care may look like to you; whether that be time with family and friends, or hobbies, or simply downtime, just make sure you're making time for it. Otherwise, it'll come back to bite you later when you're too frazzled to make a clear decision.
