Now that's a nice boost to the bank account. 👏

One of our community members bought this property for $12,000 and sold it for $40,000 on a 180-day same-as-cash deal.

And the buyer waited until the very last day to pay off the remaining balance.

$12K purchase
$40K sale
$28K difference
