Contrary to what you may have heard in the media, the National Association of Realtors has not and does not support or even condone commission price fixing.
And neither do I nor my broker.
We will, however, stop advertising "co-brokes" in MLS listings as part of the NAR case settlement.

Real estate sales for May were up 33%. Granted, last year was Covid.

Still a historically prime time to sell your house. Great time to buy (low interest rates), too, if it weren't for all the competition.

However, more and more listings are coming on the market, which will likely start to help balance our market.
