📍 Summer Analysts on the Road: Seattle Site Visit

Our summer analysts spent the day in Seattle with Kyung Kim for a full schedule of hands-on real estate learning.

They toured a medical office building from top to bottom, visiting all four floors. The tour included occupied suites, vacant units, and spaces currently under renovation.

From there, they explored the Pike Place Market, had sushi for lunch (yes, they saw the famous fish toss (ask them for the video 🐟📹), and took in the city’s iconic skyline near the Space Needle.

Driving through the Amazon HQ area, they got a feel for dense urban submarkets, followed by a tour of the University of Washington, where they observed the differences between traditional multifamily housing and purpose-built student housing.

They also got the full Seattle experience, including the traffic!

Thanks to Kyung for leading the day, and to our interns for their engagement and enthusiasm.
