Tired of the winter season of too much snow and hazardous driving I moved to the Valley of the Sun from New York State in 1997 with my daughter Lindsay. For the first 10 years I served as a Communications analyst for a major bank in Arizona, but in 2005 during the Real Estate boom I became a licensed realtor. After two years of serving as a part-time realtor, I left my full-time job at the bank a

nd became a full-time realtor and investor. Over the past 10 years as a real estate agent and investor I have become proficient in the many grant and down payment assistance programs available to buyers as well as credit counseling programs.
