When Jesus GIVES YOU the DESIRES of YOUR HEART.

When you Pray and ask God to Send you a client who wants to sell or buy a home so you do NOT have to go into your Savings to pay your IRS Self Employment Tax bill due 7/15.

Jesus says at Psalm 91: "He shall CALL upon Me, and I WILL ANSWER him;

Jesus ANSWERED.... Sold my investor's home and received MORE THAN ENOUGH to Pay the IRS, FINANCE the END TIME HARVEST, and SAVE!

JESUS is FAITHFUL when you BELIEVE and OBEY.

TESTIMONY

JESUS is still ANSWERING Prayer.

I had a house for sale that received quite a few showings, but NO offers. I ALWAYS pray over my houses and I prayed over this one, but hastily wanting to get home.

Last week I had suggested to my client that because of COVID-19 and people losing their jobs we may want to lower the sale price of $289,000 BUT my client said, "NO", he wanted to wait until the end of this month, April 30.

This past Tuesday the Holy Spirit quickened me to go to the house and Pray over it again, So I did. This time I prayed a HEARTFELT prayer for my Clients and asked Jesus to Bring a Buyer to the house and that the price be fair to both buyer and seller. Let His Will be done. It was a prayer of PRAISE, WORSHIP and THANKFULNESS for what Jesus WILL DO and what HE HAS ALREADY DONE. It was so peaceful at the house I got chills and a sense my prayer had been answered.

The next day, Wednesday, The Holy Spirit kept nudging me to call my client and LOWER the price to $285,000 so I did. My client is a Christian and I told Him what I believed the Lord was saying to me and so he agreed. If 2 or more agree...you know what Jesus says. It shall be done.

At 2:51 pm, I got electronic FEEDBACK from a realtor who said while his clients liked the home, they felt the price was too high but I did not see the email until 4:52 pm.

So, I text the Realtor and told him we had just REDUCED the price, let's negotiate and get it done.

And at 5:44, we RECEIVED an OFFER on the house and yesterday afternoon, Thursday, the PURCHASE contract was SIGNED!

Saints, Jesus says in His Word, "If you ABIDE in me and My Word Abides in You, ASK WHATEVER You Wish and IT SHALL BE DONE FOR YOU." John 15:7

BELIEVE and OBEY. They work TOGETHER!
