I was given the trust with a friend of mines, friends. Not knowing me at all, and after our initial phone conversation and in person meeting. These clients decided they were going to put their trust in me to sell their home and help them relocate. I did just that! I was able to make some suggestions of what could help their home sell at top dollar and give off a great representation of it from the start! Making the suggestions was the east part! The sellers did everything I suggested. From minor landscaping tips to converting the 2 bedroom into now a three bedroom.
This ultimately led us into getting under contract in 4 days! After many hurdles to follow we were able to close successfully, ahead of time, and at offer price! To the person reading this. This transaction couldn’t have been any more perfect. From the Cross Agent and Seller we worked with. To every contractor who assisted during the inspection period, giving us their expert findings on anything we had in question. This gave my buyer the confidence of knowing the home she fell in LOVE with, was the one she wanted to move forward with. We were successful negotiating above 10k with the sellers within reason. All parties were happy!
As for my buyer, wow, I can’t say enough just how much I grow to love each and every one of my clients. I am beyond grateful to all of YOU who refer such amazing souls! Truly appreciative that I have gained a new friend 🩷
