Be careful of PART TIME AGENTS📌
As I've had my own experience in the field I see why so many homes have yet to be rented out or sold . 📝 The agent is often at work while that motivated buyer or tenant is ready to make moves . Therefore that 2 day delay of getting back to the other agent probably could have cost them the sale .

When making such a big decision make sure to use a full time agent as they will be able to devote their time to getting you into your home smoothly and efficiently . And of course available to fix any problems that could occur as they come up.
