As of last Friday the average days on market for both Scottsdale and Phoenix were right around 3 month. This gives buyers some time before putting in an offer on a property and not feel so rushed. It can also offer some opportunities for seller concessions including closing costs and interest rate buy downs as sellers can get anxious about their property being on the market too long.

Last year a Super Fan called the office to tell us how she and her husband celebrated . The couple decided to stay home and watch a movie and enjoy each other's company and a few margaritas. They were sitting on the couch and the woman suddenly said, “I love you.” The hubby asked, “Is that you or the margarita talking?” The woman said, “It’s me talking...to the margarita.” The hubby said, “Don’t be so salty, honey.”
