Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Laura Tyler moved to Phoenix, Arizona, on a whim in 2011and quickly realized its promise, potential, and exciting characteristics. โPhoenix is a constantly growing and ever-changing city, and I love watching that and being involved in that.โ Shortly after arriving in Phoenix, Laura purchased her first home in the city, which led to her passion for real estate. โBuying my first home was one of my most memorable life experiences. Walking into that home, I knew it was the one for me. I want to help my clients experience that same joy.โ
Laura began her career in the housing industry by managing accounts in multi-family housing, transitioning to single-family home property management, and finally real estate sales. After earning her realtors license in December 2017, Laura signed on with Keller Williams as a buyers agent. She soon began to acquire listings in addition to helping the buyers that she assisted.
In 2018, Laura joined the American Homes 4 Rent team, where she managed a portfolio of 700+ homes in metropolitan Phoenix, Tuscon, and New Mexico, evaluating and adjusting pricing based on market analysis. Laura is now working in real-estate sales full-time with EXP Realty.
โMy ten years in property management helped me learn the metro-Phoenix area and the market. I do my best to listen to my clients and hear and understand their wants and needs; this, along with the ability to have real and honest conversations, makes me great at what I do.โ
In addition to being a dynamic real estate agent, Laura is a loving mother to her two children. She enjoys spending time with her rambunctious cat, Yolanda, and enjoys fitness and crafting. Before her career in real estate, Laura worked with non-profit organizations, assisting Arizonaโs most underserved communities. She carries that same passion for helping others into her career today.
