Instructions

In a blender, combine watermelon cubes and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
Add honey or agave syrup to the strained liquid, adjusting the sweetness according to your preference.
Stir in the cold water and mix well.
Refrigerate the Watermelon Agua Fresca for at least an hour or until chilled.
Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves, lime wedges, or watermelon slices if desired.
