, a locally owned Title Company in Tucson, Arizona. For investors in Arizona and throughout the United States, Brigitte’s wealth of knowledge enhances each investors experience, whether 1031 exchanging Real or Personal Property Assets. Brigitte Echave, became a part of the Real Estate community in 1983. Starting her career with a National Title Company and working her way up to Vice President - Regional Manager at the Exchange Division of the First American Title where she worked for 21 years. During her tenure Brigitte worked with many of the Home Builders in Tucson to successfully complete the platting process with the various governmental agencies. Once the platting process was complete Brigitte took the projects through the Public Report process with the Real Estate Department to allow for immediate sales to the consumer. Branching off into exchanges was a natural since Brigitte had already worked with many of the investors in Tucson as well as CPA's and Attorney's. The success of each exchange transaction is of the utmost importance to Brigitte, as well as the safety of each investor’s funds which are under her direction. Brigitte possesses the uncanny ability to converse with both the novice and experienced investor as well as their CPA’s, Attorneys, and other Professionals; working along side each investor toward the common goal of a successful outcome of each 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange transaction.
