Project time! Just helped a buyer purchase in Morristown. If you don't know where Morristown is, it's where Highway 74 & Highway 93 connect heading toward Vegas or Wickenburg. My Buyer, John, is excited to take on this home and make it amazing. Great purchase for 289K, on an acre, and truly will make this his home.

Estrella Mountain Ranch on beautiful desert belt for 499K. Just helped my Buyers come back to AZ. Helped them purchase back in early 2000's, sold that home almost 20 years later in 2022 and now re-buying in Estrella for a great retirement spot.
