This is what we all have been waiting for! More restaurants and places to go! I was able to get a lot more details on the MASSIVE new development called LEGACY PARK. Thanks to a very reliable colleague!!

And when I say massive, I mean 200 acres and MULTI-BILLION dollars massive.

Think…

Everyone falls in love with the house.

Before you write an offer:

🏡 Drive through at different times of day. A quiet Sunday afternoon can feel very different on a Tuesday at 5:30.

🚗 Test your actual commute. That “15-minute drive” can quickly become 40 minutes.

📱 Check your cell service and internet speeds inside the house.
