Today we broke another support level on the inventory front. Active listings for all of Maricopa county dropped below 11,000 since the peak in October 2022 of more than 18,000. This is a 39% drop in less than 5 months. A dropping inventory usually causes values to go up but in parallel we have experienced a drop in buyers due to the increase in mortgage interest rates.
