SOLD!! Excited for my clients that were able to secure a great deal for their first investment in Arizona! Interesting market this year but if you want a deal it’s time to buy!
We negotiated purchase price, had the seller pay to buy down the rate, received repair credit and had some closing costs paid. It is hard to predict what will happen next but the talk is that rates might start dropping in the spring and mid 2023 prices will slowly go back up again. Remember real estate is a long term investment. 🌵
