There are several questions on homelessness. While you can't skip a
question, the system does accept close answers, such as 0000 year of birth
and preferring not to answer.
Given the questions on homelessness, I think it's worth the short time it
takes to complete and also asking others to also consider completing.

Everyone, the violent ra**st was arrested! His DNA connected him to a violent rape-murder from last year. Although he is in custody, please look around when you are out walking or jogging. Call 911 if approached by someone with a weapon.

Neighbors at Casitas Lindas-- there was a violent ra**st on the loose in our neighborhood in recent weeks. But he has been arrested! The deets:

Police initially received reports of someone yelling near 44th and Oak streets in Phoenix, around 4 a.m. Aug. 14, 2025.

All residents! There was a brutal attack several blocks from us, recently. Be vigilant when walking, especially at night. This case is being investigated, but no suspect has been detained. So be careful!

Police are asking for the public's help in finding a suspect after a woman was severely injured during a s*xual assault in a Phoenix alley last month.

ALL RESIDENTS! We have one or more coyotes onsite since yesterday! Please close your gates and put outdoor pet food away. AZ Game and Fish advises these are not an invasive species, so G/F will not remove them. A critter removal service has been contacted. We will keep you advised!
