We are hiring! Mutual Property Advisors is a growing commercial real estate brokerage specializing in retail property management, and commercial development with a focus on NNN centers. We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Retail Property Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of retail assets across Arizona.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will play a key role in protecting asset value, enhancing tenant relationships, and delivering best-in-class reporting and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of retail shopping centers (NNN and multi-tenant)

* Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants

* Oversee lease administration, CAM reconciliations, and rent collections

* Coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and property inspections

* Prepare and deliver monthly owner reports with financial and operational insights

* Develop and manage annual budgets and track performance against projections

* Ensure compliance with leases, contracts, and local regulations

* Identify opportunities to improve NOI and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of commercial retail property management experience (NNN preferred)

* Strong understanding of CAM, lease structures, and retail operations

* Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, or similar)

* Excellent financial reporting and analytical skills

* Strong communication and client relationship management abilities

* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously

** Arizona real estate license required **
