We took some awesome out-of-state clients to tour a “statement” property today - Ascent at the Phoenician Resort. These condos are unreal!! On Camelback Mountain with epic views, curated interiors and all the amenities of living on a resort and golf course. These have sold quickly and there are only a few dozen condos left. **🙏Gratitude Post🙏**

Wow, life can be hard sometimes!!

But you all. Make this journey worth it.

I am a single mom, a business owner, working to support myself, my daughter who just started NAU 😍, and two other children who are (God help me 🙏) getting closer to it.

I am so thankful to you who have trusted me to be your partner in your journey in buying or selling your home.

My business partner Robert and I continually invest 💲in tools, education, and resources to help our clients feel secure, guided and appreciated.

This is not a hobby or side gig. So many “real estate agents” join and then leave the industry because they don’t have the skills and knowledge and work ethic to advocate for their clients and manage an actual business when the economy changes.

I have a BS in Real Estate Development and a BA in Marketing. My partner Rob has a JD from Harvard and is a licensed attorney who specialized in zoning and development. We’ve been helping people sell, invest, develop, and buy real estate for 20 years.

Also … this is not just my livelihood to provide for my kids.

Buying or selling a home is many folks’ largest investment + emotional decision. I know and feel this deeply.

Homeownership and investment opportunities changed the trajectory for my family.

It’s my calling to be a guide and advisor, friend, emotional support, handywoman, analyst, soothsayer and truth speaker.

I’ve learned that I’m not a “seller of real estate.” I actually hate “sales” and fake s**t and manipulative nonsense and persuasion.

No thank you. I’m too much of an introvert and empath for that.

Phoenix is plodding along. Sellers are still holding on tightly to their low interest rates and buyers are gawking at the highest rates we’ve seen in years. Feels like we’re on the slower side of “normal.”
Hoping 2024 brings a shift. I love seeing buyers get into the market and start building wealth.

Do you like working from home? From office? Remote? Honestly I love getting out of my home office and see ring up shop in a cool setting for a few hours. The change of pace reenergizes me. (It’s also nice not to have the laundry constantly dinging at me!) Where’s your favorite place to work?
