🌳 A great morning with the GPM crew!☀️

We got everyone together bright and early at the yard for our All-Hands Meeting! It was a great opportunity to catch up, share updates, recognize some hard work, and have a little fun before heading out for the day. 💪

🏆 A big congratulations to Christian, our Employee of the Month!Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to the team don't go unnoticed. We appreciate everything you bring to GPM!

And of course, we had to throw in a little fun with our prize wheel! 🎡👏

It's mornings like these that remind us how important our people are. We're grateful for the crew that shows up, puts in the work, and keeps GPM moving forward every day.

🎃 Pumpkin delivery: complete!

Abel stopped by Sunela to help Jamie and the team get ready for their Halloween resident event!

GPM brought in pumpkins for residents to carve, paint, and get a little creative with. 🧡

We love getting to do the little extras for our properties and being part of the communities we serve. 🌱

Happy Halloween season, Sunela! 🎃👻

🌵 GPM out in the community!

Chris had the opportunity to attend the IREM Greater Phoenix Chapter Luncheon featuring Arizona Treasurer Kimberly Yee.

It was a great afternoon of connection, conversation, and hearing more about what’s happening across Arizona. We always appreciate opportunities to get out, support our industry partners, and stay connected with the people who make our community stronger.

Thanks to IREM Greater Phoenix for putting together another great event! 👏

🌱 A little green goes a long way! 🧡

We had the opportunity to sponsor Pique Residences’ “September to Remember” and stopped by with a few little plants to help celebrate. Because obviously, if GPM is showing up… we’re bringing something green. 🌿

We love opportunities like this that let us support our multifamily partners, their teams, and the communities they work so hard to create.

Thank you, Pique Residences, for letting GPM Landscape be a small part of it! 🧡🌱

🚀 MISSION COMPLETE! 🌕✨

The AMA 2026 Phoenix Trade Show was officially OUT OF THIS WORLD!

We launched. We landed. We networked. And somehow, everyone made it back to Earth. 🌎

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by the GPM Landscape booth, took photos with us, talked landscaping, and made this year's show such a great time.

We loved getting to connect with familiar faces, meet some new ones, and show off a little GPM personality along the way. 💚🧡

Until the next mission... 🚀

🌱 FRIDAY FIELD NOTES | More Water Isn’t Always the Answer

When Arizona plants look stressed, the first thought is usually… more water! 💧

But heat stress isn’t always a watering problem. Hot soil, reflected heat, poor drainage, and stressed root zones can all play a role.

🌳 Add shade when possible
🌱 Protect the root zone with mulch
💧 Irrigate smarter, not just more
🪴 Choose the right plant for the right place

The takeaway: A stressed plant isn’t always a thirsty plant.

Another great reminder of why continuing education through ALCA matters especially when landscaping in the Arizona heat. 🌵☀️
