September’s horse property market did not move as one market.

80 active listings out west. 6 in Tempe and Mesa. Glendale and Peoria still have no arena listing.

If you need an arena, start west or in Cave Creek. If you need flood irrigation and a city address, look at Chandler and Gilbert. Those are not the same search.
