Sesame Place San Diego was even cuter than I expected.

🥹💛 Every little detail is so thoughtfully done—from the colorful streets to the character meet-and-greets. The whole park just feels happy, nostalgic, and full of magic.

If you’re thinking about going, definitely watch for season pass deals. They can actually save you a ton of money, even if you’re only planning one visit. Parking alone was $77 without a season pass, which is wild.

My only little rant… making memories like these shouldn’t feel like such a luxury. Every family deserves affordable opportunities to experience places like this without worrying so much about the cost. ❤️

One of the most valuable things I can do for my clients is get out and tour homes.

Every home tour gives me real-time market research that no spreadsheet can provide. I get to see how homes are being presented, what features buyers are responding to, pricing strategies that are working, and where opportunities exist for my clients.

The feedback I gather helps me better advise my sellers on pricing, staging, updates, and how to position their home to stand out in today’s market.

Just as important, touring homes allows me to build relationships with other agents. Strong agent connections create better communication, smoother transactions, and more opportunities to match buyers with the right homes.

The market is always changing, and there’s no substitute for seeing it firsthand.
