CLOSED! This one was worth the wait.

About 6 months ago, I got a call from another client of mine that said he had friends wanting to move to Arizona from Washington state and asked me to help them work through that process. I immediately connected with the couple and fell in love with their positive energy and sweet disposition. They had some concerns about the market, finding the right area, selling their home in Washington and everything else that comes with a big move. You know, normal jitters!

We set up a good plan of action to move forward with the sale of their home in Washington and the wife came down to look at areas and properties. She found a home that we got under contract with a contingency on her home sale, but when the inspections came back, they decided not to move forward with the purchase. Then they got their home under contract in Washington and they flew down again in a pinch to try and find another home to buy. We were ready to put in an offer on another home when they received notification that the buyer for their home decided to back out.... talk about the tables turning!

So they went back home to reassess their home sale. A few weeks later their WA home was under contract again. They decided to wait until it closed to move forward with buying so there was no more risk of things falling apart. Good news is that one closed on schedule and then back to AZ they came to house hunt again.

And here this beautiful home was! We got it under contract for $8,500 UNDER list!

We sailed through inspections, but then the appraisal came in low. After some discussion and negotiation, I was able to get the seller to reduce the price saving my buyers another $10,000 which they were thrilled about!

So today we wrapped up on this brand new home in the gorgeous CantaMia community in Goodyear. Here's to the good life and new friends in AZ!

Closed on this stunner in Verrado!

This family came to me after a failed transaction with another agent and lender feeling like the dream of homeownership was slipping through their fingers. Being self employed can often bring challenges when it comes to the financing and loan options available. It is important to have a strong lender and agent that knows how to navigate the process and position everything properly so nothing falls apart last minute.

TWO Closings today!!!

These were concurrent closings as my seller sold their home of 18 years where they raised their kids to downsize into a one story forever home in an active 55+ community.

I was able to get the new home under contract BEFORE listing their home and contingent on the home sale in this crazy market. Then I prepped their home, got it on the market and had it under contract the first day on the market for full asking price. And we made it to the closing table on time and everyone is happy!

So excited to get this Verrado beauty under contract AND for $9,000 UNDER list price!
