Check out this property we got to stage in Surprise❤️

After being on the market for a few months the real estate agent decided to bring in the staging and we got the job🕺🏻❤️

When we first walked in believe it or not this home was very dark, it needed some color, some furniture, we needed it to make it cozy and we were able to do so!!

We helped the agent get it under contract soon after the staging was done. ❤️🏡🙏🏻

❤️ Un-Staging Facts❤️⚠️Behind the Scenes

Staging By Us usually picks up all furniture from the staged property a week before the closing date, or if our client needs pick up to be sooner, we can make arrangements to do so😎

We will always be very careful with not causing any damages on walls, carpet, or tile.
- If any damages are caused by the company We will gladly make it right.

When we take everything out we go through a checklist to make sure the following is done....

*No thumbtacks left on the walls.

*No dirt, scratches or hand marks on the walls

*Carpets are vacuumed before we leave.

*All properties are swept and mopped.

*All counter tops and vanities are wiped down.

*All staging trash is taken out.

*We leave the property smelling good for the new buyers/ clients

*Our last step is to send our client the final pictures of the home “unstaged and cleaned” so they know we are officially done at the property, we lock everything up and go on with our day🏡🌤

This Scottsdale property was one of our favorites❤️

Although it was a beautiful home the sellers went ahead and proceeded with the staging, which was a great idea as it showcase the property real good and gave it a cozy feel.

Make sure you check out the and pictures to see the difference with staging and no staging.

This beauty ended up getting multiple offers and was sold right away🙏🏻
