Mabel. She might outlive me.

I inherited her last year from a client who could no longer care for her. She’s an African Sulcata tortoise — about 80 pounds at full size, with an 80-to-100-year lifespan.

Arizona isn’t exactly a prime environment for a Sulcata, but we improvise to keep her comfortable.

I guess you could say I’ll do just about anything for a client. 🤣

Especially when it comes to animals.
