Happy Friday friends, family, past, present and future clients. I couldn’t be more excited to finally break the news I hinted about a couple weeks ago.

After over a month of meetings, discussions, visits and lots of thought, I am excited to share that I have decided to join The Curtis Johnson team brokered by eXp Realty. From the moment I walked into the office and seeing the warm welcome video displayed on the screen, walking the beautiful office location in Chandler, Arizona, meeting the friendly and upbeat staff, their agent interaction, training and the most impressive marketing material I have seen in the business, I felt at ease taking a huge step in my career to join a team with proven success.

Have you thought about “selling your home to Offerpad or any other company that claim’s they can “save you money so you don’t have to hire. Real estate agent”? Well, not only have us agents been fighting this battle trying to explain to potential sellers that this theory has been found to be “untrue” and many of their sellers have actually lost out on money by not hiring a real estate agent.

Last quarter Offerpad posted a 121.1 million dollar 4th quarter loss and lost an average of $24,100 on each home it sold in Q4 in 2022.

As a native to Arizona(all but 3 months of my old years), I have have lived in many parts of the valley and very familiar with almost all parts of the valley. I have had the pleasure of assisting clients to either sell their home, or purchase a new one from San Tan valley, to North Scottsdale, Peoria, Sun City, and all the way west to Buckeye.

Free spending all of my teenage years into 2023, I have always thrived to apply top notch service in all customer related positions I have conquered in the corporate world. After a full day of showing a client properties from Mesa, to West Phoenix, we have officially narrowed it down to one and will be sending an offer over this evening. The negotiation process during this hot market in Arizona can be tough, but I’m confident that myself and my team will be able to have my client under contract by the beginning of the weekend.

Hello friends, family, and acquaintances, are you possibly in the market to sell your home? While most markets or states may have slowed down, here in Arizona we remain one of the hottest markets out of all states. Right now, there is no better time to contact me for a free market analysis. Last I checked earlier in the week, I believe there were only roughly 3500 or so homes worth of inventory in Maricopa County, and around 5600 total of inventory in Arizona(give or take as homes are under contract and sold daily). Most who are not in the Real Estate business are not aware, but this is referred to as a Sellers market. Buyers are so desperate and wanting homes that they are offering above asking price due to multiple offers within minutes or hours of homes being put on the market. However, If you are in the market to purchase, I will assure you that I will go above and beyond to make sure we find a home that you fall in love with, and promise to negotiate the best deal on your behalf based on what the market and financing will allow.
