🏡 Who says the real estate market is flat?
There are still plenty of opportunities out there! My clients know that sometimes a changing market can actually be a great time to buy or sell—you just need the right plan and someone with the experience to help you navigate it.
I’m also really excited about something new that’s coming in the next few months. I will be part of a private listing network that will give sellers the option to market their home more “quietly,” without putting it on the MLS or having it syndicated across all the real estate websites.
For someone who may be thinking about selling but isn’t quite ready to go fully public, this could be a wonderful way to test the waters.
The network will bring together agents from Coldwell Banker, Compass and Sotheby’s International Realty, opening up another way to connect buyers and sellers around the world.
I really think we’re going to see more and more homes bought and sold this way in the future!
