My client K**b Modern Design made Dwell as she should have. She's so badass. I like to take about 4% credit for her success cause I was amongst the first to discover her. But yeah- she's one of very few that I consider my equal if not above me with design skills. (Referring to smaller budget downtown type properties of course - there are several talented peeps that only do mega projects with high dollar budgets). She is probably the hardest worker I know. Follow her. Also- The Tempe house fell out of escrow (long story) and it is still available if you seek something sick in Tempe go check it out:

The stylistic approach for The Black House, the newest project on offer from the Phoenix-based K**b Modern Design, can be summed up in three words: dark, bold, and sexy.

This article is about me and two homes I recently designed in the Coronado Historic District. Great article but there should have been more about the developer WeBuild PHX and the awesome investor. They saw the vision and they executed the build out in a way you hope for as a designer... Great team... But the internet always wants a poster child for the success. So this gloryhog wants to shout out to WeBuild Phx and Bryan in particular and Shawn to say great job on this and, keep em coming and, I hope you guys had a great experience with me:
