Hosting a yard sale during Bel Esprit’s 2026 Community Yard Sale? Don’t forget to add your address to the community map!

On April 24–26, 2026, we’ll have printed signs posted at neighborhood street corners with a QR code that links directly to the yard sale map. Shoppers can scan, view participating homes, and plan their route through the community.

We received this important notice from a fellow resident today:

"There was a mail thief going around last night opening up mailboxes, looking for packages to steal. My camera caught the thief going through my mailbox. I found a opened package about a block away from where it was taken with the contents taken. I tried to report this to USPS, but their reporting system would not allow me to complete the report. Want to let the neighborhood know to be sure to collect their mail promptly and if they see open mailboxes in the morning that it was a thief"

As a reminder, we encourage all residents to:
- Retrieve mail and packages promptly
- Ensure mailbox doors are securely closed
- Be aware of any unusual or suspicious activity

If you notice anything concerning, please report it to the Police. You may also report mail theft to the United States Postal Inspection Service.
