I have been calling all of my potential sellers and trying to get caught up with everyone! One couple that I have been talking to for the last 6 years who are probably close to 90 that I sold a house down the street from, I was lucky enough to chat with today. They have been wanting to get closer to relatives in Wisconsin but the wife Mary did not want to leave her feral cats in the neighborhood who she feeds. He was excited to tell me that they bought their NEW dream home up north. It won’t be ready to move into until December and they don’t want to sell until February because they don’t want to plunge right into winter 😂 I am just excited for them and we have had the best relationship through the years. One time they called me when I was in Paris sitting on the Rammstein stage at 1am. Now he asks me every time where in the world I am 😅 They are planing on just taking their clothes and a few small things and leaving everything behind for an estate sale. I’m so glad that their dream of a new home has come true and I’ve had a small part in it ❤️

Have you ever seen a bathtub/shower combo like this? I was browsing listings in Italy and this came up. I know things are different in Europe. To me, this is an ingenious combination and space saver.

Four Valley suburbs just swept nearly half of a national top-10 list: Surprise landed 2nd, Gilbert 3rd, Peoria 6th, and Chandler 8th in WalletHub's 2026 first-time homebuyer rankings of 300 U.S. cities. The study scored affordability, real-estate market strength, and quality of life across 22 metrics. Surprise, the top local finisher, ranked 2nd nationally in real-estate market fundamentals – though a 190th-place quality-of-life score kept its overall number from going even higher.

The city of Surprise earned second place in a WalletHub study that ranked the best and worst cities in the United States for first-time homebuyers.

Arizona's first half of 2026 was the hottest January–June period on record dating back to 1895, per the NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information. Every county in the state broke its own six-month temperature record, with anomalies running 5 to 7 degrees Fahrenheit above average, while the broader Southwest received less than 70% of normal year-to-date precipitation.

The average temperature for the contiguous U.S. in June was 70.6°F, 2.2°F above the 20th-century average.
