We closed yesterday on my clients beautiful home in Copperleaf - a gate community of Sonoran Foothills. This 3 year old home now has another family living and loving it! The sellers and buyers are both blessed! I'm thankful to my long-time clients who trusted me yet again with another one of their home sales.

Vince and I actually looked at a true midcentury home in Chamblee when we were looking for a second home here in GA. I loved its style. It had so much of the original and would have been so cool to remodel. We decided against it, though, because it would have been hard to maintain w a large lot seeing we live most of our time out of state. We decided on a condo and we are glad we did!

I bet this home in this article was in the same neighborhood.
