This wonderful buyer that wrote my latest Zillow review, was looking for a second home (their primary residence on the East Coast). We had communicated via email and on the phone for a few months then he and his wife came out twice to look at homes. I believe we looked at atleast 30 homes from Desert Ridge to Scottsdale to Fountain Hills. They decide on this beautify in Fountain Hills!

The gracious listing agent, Linda Boatwright, said I could use one of her mls photos to post here. I like this one because it shows the owned solar and the amazing backyard! Linda is a joy to be on the other side of a transaction. Bless her heart!

I'm so thankful for my clients that take the time to write a Zillow review in my regard. Today I received this one from my most recent sellers:

"Rosemary came to us via a recommendation from a friend. On our initial meeting with Rosemary my wife and I both agreed that she should sell our house. Rosemary gave honest assessments of what repairs/improvements were needed prior to putting the house on the market. We coordinated the hiring of professionals to get these tasks done. Often times we used people/companies recommended by Rosemary due to her past experiences with reliable contractors. Our goal was to get the house sold before the end of May 2026. After one open house held on Saturday, March 11 a buyer made a “Full Price” Offer to Purchase. The paperwork steps following this were handled efficiently by Rosemary and resulted in a straight-forward process through the Closing on April 13."

Need a great roofer?

Getting a new roof today. Quite the work with the tear off. Stay tuned for the final result by the end of the week. A lot of the roof was original from 1979 so that roof served the home well for a lot of years.
We had reached out to 4 roofing companies and we chose State 48 to do the job. They weren’t the cheapest by far but they were super organized, had great follow up, great reviews, a great warranty that will transfer when we sell, and the salesman was so patient w us when it took us some time to pick out the new tile color. Vince and I went to the warehouse where they make the tiles in south Phoenix. Those folks were great too.
