🍓Strawberry Spinach Summer Salad 🥗

📝 Ingredients
- Fresh spinach (or mixed greens)
- Sliced strawberries 🍓
- Crumbled feta cheese
- Candied pecans or walnuts
- Red onion (thinly sliced)
- Balsamic vinaigrette

👩‍🍳 Directions
1.) Toss spinach and strawberries in a large bowl
2.) Add feta, nuts, and red onion
3.) Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette
4.) Toss lightly and serve fresh

Collins Drink of the Month 🍓🍹

Strawberry Lemonade… but make it a little ✨extra✨

Perfect for a pool day, a chill night in, or just surviving the Phoenix heat 😅🔥

Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries 🍓
- Lemon juice 🍋
- Cold water or sparkling water
- Sugar or honey (to taste)
- Ice
- Vodka or tequila (your choice 👀)
- Mint (optional)

👩‍🍳 Directions
1.) Blend strawberries with a little water until smooth
2.) Strain if you want a smoother texture
3.) Mix with lemon juice, water, and sweetener
4.) Add 1–1.5 oz of vodka or tequila per glass
5.) Pour over ice + garnish with strawberries & mint
