In Q2 2025, Hilton achieved its fastest net unit growth since 2021—7.5%, adding 22,600 net rooms, with conversions making up roughly 33% of those additions.

💡 Why this matters: Rather than building from scratch, Hilton is capitalizing on existing real estate—offering owners a lower-cost path to brand affiliation and faster go-to-market, especially in secondary and tertiary markets.
