The DuFour Team is a passionate Husband and Wife Real Estate Team located in beautiful Arizona.

We run a successful Buying and Selling team under the family-owned Brokerage West USA Realty. Meredith is our Buyer Specialist utilizing a proprietary program called a Buyer Advantage Program to find clients their dream home for the right price. Brandon is our Listing Specialist and has access to a database of 5,000+ ready, willing and able buyers as well as a top notch marketing department which

includes paid advertising and luxury photography. The DuFour Team is considered one of the best in the business and we believe that is because of our work ethic, connections and pure love of Arizona, Real Estate and each other! We believe everything happens for a reason and fate led us to creating our own Real Estate Company in Arizona. We have been married for 5 years, together for 10, and always knew we wanted to start our own business. Prior to forming The DuFour Team Brandon was in lending for 15 years. He loved the business but wanted to connect with his clients on a more personal level. Meredith was a Business Development Manager in the wine business and thrived on working with awesome people centered around a special product. When life led us to Real Estate it was a natural fit that complimented both of our skills and enhanced our talents especially when used together. There is nothing more rewarding than building a successful business from the ground up with your spouse and family. A little bit of real estate, a lot of life. 🤍 | AUGUST RECAP

August was full of big wins, exciting milestones, and the everyday moments that make life so sweet. Here’s a little peek behind the scenes:

🏡 A BIG closing win
Our seller officially closed on her Tempe home at full asking price with ZERO seller concessions! We were so blessed to work with Lynne and wish her safe travels and an amazing new chapter in South Carolina! 🤍

🏠 Investment property progress
We finally got to pick out flooring for our investment property! We’re sticking with Luxury Vinyl Plank for its beautiful look, durability, and ability to hold up to real life. One more step closer!

🎂 Ryder turned 8!
We celebrated our favorite 8-year-old with an incredibly fun birthday party at AZ All Stars Tempe. Even better, Grandpa Bill and Ruth came all the way from Tulsa to celebrate with us. 🥹❤️

📚 Second grade?!
Ryder officially started 2nd grade, and I’m not quite sure how that happened so fast. These milestones are exciting… but this mama is feeling ALL the feelings. 🥲

🔑 A new Gilbert listing!
We took on an incredible new listing in Gilbert, and I cannot wait to show you this one. Details coming soon… 👀

🎮 And finally…
We ended the month with some much-needed family time and the discovery of my old Nintendo 64. Apparently, what was once my childhood favorite is now a household favorite. 😂

Another month in the books — and feeling incredibly grateful for all of it. The closings, the new opportunities, the milestones, the messy moments, and especially the people I get to share it all with.

This wasn’t just a closing. It was a PERFECT match. 🏡❤️🐦

5 days.
Full-price offer.
ZERO seller concessions.
And a closing completed on our seller’s terms.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

When we launched this home in The Lakes in Tempe, we didn’t just put a sign in the yard and wait for buyers to find it. We created a strategy.

We hosted an open house that brought 40+ buyers through the door, including neighbors who brought friends and family specifically looking to make The Lakes their home.

And before the open house? I personally called the neighbors. I invited them, told them about the property, and asked them to share it with anyone they knew who wanted to move into the community.

Because sometimes, the buyer for your home is just one connection away. 👏🏼

But there was something even more special about this sale.

Over the years, our seller had transformed her backyard into a little nature sanctuary. Birds and hummingbirds had made her property their home, and caring for them had become something she truly cherished.

She worried about what would happen to them when she sold.

Then we found the buyer. 🥹

She loved the birds just as much as our seller did, asked to keep all of the bird feeders, and is stepping in to continue taking care of them.

A full-price offer, no concessions, favorable terms… AND a buyer who loved the home for the same reasons our seller did.

Honestly? A match made in heaven. 🐦❤️

I’m incredibly excited for our seller as she begins her next chapter, and incredibly grateful that we got to help make this happen.

July Recap ☀️🏡🌴

If there’s one thing July reminded me, it’s that the busiest seasons are often the most rewarding.

✨ Our listing went under contract in just 5 days with a successful open house and a backup offer.
🏡 We helped our buyers find the perfect new build in Queen Creek and watched another dream come together.
🇺🇸 We celebrated the 4th of July with family.
💦 Soaked up as much pool time as possible.
🌴 Hit pause for a few days in Playa del Carmen for some much-needed rest, sunshine, and family memories.

Real estate can be nonstop, but these moments with family are what make all the hard work worth it.

Now we’re soaking up the last bit of summer before diving into another busy season. If July was any indication, August is going to be a good one. 🙌
