I am committed to serving your needs during the home buying process. I have been involved in the real estate industry in one way or another since 2006 when i obtained my Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering. Since then i have started a property investment business, I own, manage and maintain a growing portfolio of over 20 buildings. Maintaining this portfolio has trained me to spot many c

ommon problems and be able to repair almost anything. Sometimes while inspecting old homes I run into some interesting finds. In some cases a raccoon skeleton in a chimney or sometimes a few perfectly preserved newspapers from the 1950s. This time its a nearly untouched dark room in a 1920s house (maybe they had a board over the window) Alot of the stock items are still in their original boxes. I'm guessing this was quite popular in these times since I've run into a few of these, but this one has the most left untouched for 100 years.
