I am a 16 year Real Estate Professional having successfully navigated through in excess of 500 transactions with my clients. Since I stepped into this field, I’ve been working full time in the real estate industry. Ongoing Education has been a hallmark of who I am, aiming to bring better service and skills to bear for all my clients. Obtaining the designation of “Certified Negotiation Expert,” was
likely the single greatest achievement I’ve completed for my clients in my career. Both buyers and sellers alike, realize the benefits of these skills, at every stage and step of each transaction. Since I was tall enough to hold a broom, I’ve been on construction sites with my father. That has afforded me a broad understanding and knowledge of most facets of construction. This also nurtured my entrepreneurial spirit, as I would take Oak Spindle scraps from the job site, and sell them door to door, as “Miniature Baseball Bats.”
From construction, I segwayed into being a Certified Personal Trainer. Within a short period, I became the top trainer in the state, for one of Arizona’s Premier Fitness Centers. I loved working with people to help them achieve their personal health and physical goals. I started with a group assisting first time homebuyers. Because of my makeup and goal setting, I rose to Client Manager quickly, leading a team. In 18 months, we helped over 50 people enjoy the feeling of Home Ownership. To broaden my experience, I turned to New Home Sales for one of the nation’s top 10 National New Home Builders. Again, I learned quickly, helping over 80 families buy homes in 18 months. This earned me National Recognition with the builder. Then the market was hit hard, and with the crash in 2007-2008, came the challenges of the 2009-2012 “short sale market.” I had to shift gears, and expand my skill set yet again, to be of benefit to bewildered home owners, as we helped them navigate the tumultuous waters of a Short Sale. I am proud to say my team and I helped over 125 people rise above treacherous waters, and get through to the other side. We connected with each person to help them not only traverse the mountain of paperwork associated with a short sale, but to provide a calm stability in that difficult season of their lives. Regardless of market conditions, my life experience, compassion, and extra training, has helped me to engage with each client, to not only accomplish their goals, but to exceed their expectations and deliver a highly positive and memorable experience every time.
