🎂 Happy Birthday to Our Fearless Founder

Today we’re celebrating the woman behind Vista Group: Lindsay Mozena Real Estate

Founder. Fearless leader. Deal maker. Adventure chaser. Coffee enthusiast. And unapologetically loyal Iowa football fan. 🖤💛

She can usually be found building something, negotiating something, dreaming up her next big idea, cheering from the sidelines, taking off on her next adventure, or insisting that this is definitely the Hawkeyes’ year. University of Iowa Football

So naturally, we asked Lindsay what she wanted for her 44th birthday.

Her answer?

9 years. 1 mission. Bring warmth to every child experiencing homelessness and is in shelter UMOM New Day Centers

Through the years and the efforts of our amazing community, we have donated over 2,500 coats/sweatshirts/sweaters since this effort began and we can’t do it without all of you.

For 6 weeks from 10/1-11/13 the drive will be running. It’s the perfect time to clean out the closets gather all gently used coats, sweaters, and sweatshirts of all sizes.

We are also accepting blankets and sheets this year.

Griselda brings the empathy, the fun and spice. With 8 years of real estate experience and our bi-lingual agent, this isn’t just a career to her. It’s a way to serve others while creating the life she has always wanted for her family. She enjoys educating her clients, helping them make confident decisions, and celebrating with them when they reach their goals. The flexibility is also important as she can do what she also loves the most, being a mom. Outside of Real Estate you can find her rocking out to anything by Bad Bunny as she bounces around to soccer fields and volunteers in the community. She loves a great book and exploring the local coffee shops when she isn’t cheering on her 3 kids at their various activities. Nothing speaks more to her heart than finding ways to give back while balancing family and business. Originally from Long Beach. She has resided in the valley since 1992 and while she serves the entire Phoenix Metro Area, she loves Laveen and the West Valley the most, as it is close to her home and community.

Her biggest goals this year is to help 12 more families achieve their real estate goals while continuing to grow her business through genuine relationships, community involvement, and exceptional service.

Today we introduce Autumn Donaldson, one of the wonderful souls behind Vista Group.

Now in her second year of real estate, Autumn brings ambition, curiosity, heart, and a genuine willingness to help her clients dreams come true. She supports the team as a showing agent while building her own book of business.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Autumn is now building a beautiful life here in Arizona with her husband and their two-year-old daughter. She loves exploring new interests, learning new skills, and making just about anything she can from scratch.

That currently includes homemade recipes and an incredible 40-foot garden filled with peppers and fresh herbs. And when she isn’t working, creating, or planning her dream escape to Costa Rica, you can probably win her over with milk chocolate-covered almonds or a brownie sundae. 😂

Professionally, Autumn is focused on becoming a trusted resource throughout Florence and the surrounding communities, building meaningful relationships with local restaurants and business owners, and growing a referral network that agents and clients can genuinely trust.

Confession time...my house is designed around the dogs and the kids. 😂🐾 These are 5 products I can’t live without.

Meet Luke Henke, The Guy Who Makes Things Run Smoothly.

Every successful team has someone quietly making sure everything actually works. For us...that’s Luke.

As our Chief Operating Officer, Luke is the engine behind the scenes. He is building systems, improving processes, and making sure our agents, clients, and partners have an incredible experience every step of the way.

But here’s what makes Luke different...
His superpower- turning chaos into systems. Also knowing the exact moment Lindsay needs coffee or a timeout from technology. 🤣

His background-
He’s managed operations for more than 100+ client portfolios.
He loves turning complicated problems into simple solutions.
He believes the best businesses are built with great systems and even better people.
He has a BA in Sports Management and an MBA.

And when he’s not helping Vista grow?

You’ll probably find him on a lacrosse field. Luke coaches Varsity Lacrosse at Desert Vista High School and Team 91 Arizona, helping young athletes develop leadership, accountability, and confidence. Qualities he brings into the office every single day.

Originally from St. Louis, Luke brings that Midwest work ethic, a calm leadership style, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
