🏡 One Month into Aspen Estates — Here’s What We’ve Learned

On July 3rd, we officially acquired Aspen Estates, a 33-lot mobile home park with a lot of potential. Over the last month, we’ve been focused on listening, observing, and getting to know the park and its residents.

🔍 Here’s what we’ve been up to:
– Walking every lot to assess long-term opportunities
– Meeting residents and hearing what matters most to them
– Starting to sketch out a 5-year vision for the park

Nothing major to report yet, but we’re laying the groundwork for improvements that will benefit everyone long-term.
