🏡 Another Phoenix casita officially COMPLETE! ✨

This custom 550 sq ft, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom casita was designed to complement the existing residence while creating a beautiful and functional additional living space.

From the 10-foot ceilings and 80 sq ft covered porch to upgraded cabinets, stainless steel appliances, custom lighting, and a full tile shower, every detail came together to make this casita feel like home.

We also added new septic service and a concrete pathway for convenient access.

The details matter—especially when we’re building a space designed specifically for you. 🏡✨

During a recent walkthrough of one of our projects, we noticed that a kitchen window was positioned too high for the homeowner to comfortably enjoy the view.

It may have looked great on the plans, but seeing the space in person told us something needed to change—so we’re fixing it.

At DwellWell Tiny Homes, service means paying attention throughout the entire construction process, catching the little things, and making sure your finished casita doesn’t just look beautiful—it works beautifully for you, too.

This 500 sq. ft. ADU is now fully framed, with each room taking shape and ready for the next steps—plumbing and electrical!

We love bringing you behind the scenes to see how an ADU comes together from the ground up. It’s a great day to be building ADUs in Arizona! 🌵✨

Progress is happening in Wittmann! 🏡✨

Last time, Stacy talked about the importance of planning safe, convenient access to a backyard ADU.

Now, that plan is coming to life! Our new pathway is complete with the perfect angle and pitch, creating a smooth approach to the casita.

And that’s not the only progress—the ADU is now fully framed and getting ready for its framing inspection before we move on to the next phase! 🔨
