October in Arizona may not come with changing leaves on every corner, but we definitely know how to do fall. 🍂🎃

New listing coming soon in Lower Arcadia… but first, a construction-site walk. 🩷

I needed boots. I don’t own construction boots. So pink Hunter boots it was.

I spent some time at the property today checking in on a remodel I’ll be bringing to market soon in the Arcadia Osborn / Lower Arcadia area of Phoenix.

I love getting into a property at this stage, walking the progress, seeing the details come together, and thinking ahead to how we’re going to position it when it’s ready for market.

Monday Local Love ❤️

One of the best parts of working in real estate in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Arcadia and Paradise Valley is building a trusted list of local businesses I know I can call when my clients need help.
