So excited to partner with to help children entering the foster care system feel even the slightest bit comforted during such a traumatic time. Anyone who knows me knows that foster care is near and dear to my heart due to my own experience as a foster parent. After Tim’s retirement from the NY police department, Tim and Dee sold their home of almost 24 years and decided to join their two adult children in Arizona. (Amazing parents! 👏) Not knowing exactly which area of the Phoenix area to call home, I had the exciting challenge and privilege of listening to all of their desires for this new season and helping them find an area and home that best fit all of their needs - close to their kids & downtown Phoenix but just outside the hustle and bustle, surrounded by natural AZ desert beauty while being being close to a beautiful green park, beautifully modernized while maintaining vintage charm. All of this while timing everything with the sale of their NY property! I’m happy to say that not only did we find “THE ONE,” but it all worked out smoothly AND the process was SO FUN! Tim and Dee, you are both an absolute delight! Congratulations to you both on this beautiful home and blessings on this next chapter in life. 💕

Who doesn’t love a good BEFORE & AFTER!?! I got to try my hand at a flip in Sedona last summer and it was one of the hardest and most satisfying things I’ve been apart of! The owner believed that his property was valued around $550,000 to begin with, and after our consultation, agreed to let me assemble a crew to give it a facelift before listing for sale as I believed that it would sell for much more with a little TLC. (Ok, my client was my dad and he took a LOT of convincing but ended up giving me full creative license and an open budget. Talk about trust!!! Thanks dad!:)) One of the main changes was opening up the kitchen, and wow, it really paid off! After spending a total of just over $30,000, this home ended up selling for $765,000. Let’s just say that my client was VERY pleased and I got to learn a lot in the process. Win win!
