t long before Shane re-connected with real estate and begin investing in his own properties and embarked on a period of sixteen years buying, remodeling and selling homes in Minnesota. In 2007, Shane relocated to the beautiful state of Arizona and became a licensed realtor in 2012 after permanently leaving the corporate world. Since 2012, Shane has been representing buyers, sellers and investors full-time quickly earning recognition in the field of real estate. Shane has been awarded the 5 Star Real Estate Agent Award and featured in the Best of the Valley issue of Phoenix Magazine. Shane earned a Certified Negotiation Expert designation, of which only 2% of realtors obtain nationwide. In addition, Shane has been ranked in the top 2% of agents in the Phoenix valley for units closed and earns a top 5 star review from his clients. In 2022, Shane earned his California Real Estate license and began working with Fathom Realty specializing in luxury RV lot sales at the beautiful Rancho California RV & Golf Resort just outside of Temecula, CA.
