A James Beard nominee and co-owner of Tacos Chiwas, Cocina Chiwas, Aruma Café, Espíritu, and Main Burgers, Armando brings his talent and passion for Mexican cuisine to the shared table.

Esplanade and Chiwas Hospitality Group invite you to OOMO, a Community Table event bringing chefs, guests, sponsors, and neighbors together with a goal of helping provide 400,000+ meals for Arizona families through St. Mary's Food Bank.

For one night only, Chef Roberto Centeno, Food Network Chopped Champion and James Beard Award nominee, joins Chef Armando Hernandez and Chef Nadia Holguin, also James Beard Award-nominated chefs, for an intimate, multi-course dinner centered around open-fire cooking.

Each course comes with a thoughtfully paired, handcrafted cocktail. Handmade tortillas, floral installations, and live entertainment complete the experience beneath the open sky at the Esplanade Plaza.

Roberto is a partner in Espiritu Mesa and Main Burger. Armando and Nadia of Chiwas Hospitality Group are the restaurateurs behind Tacos Chiwas, Espiritu Mesa, Cocina Chiwas, Aruma Cafe, Tortillas Chiwas, and Main Burger.

Produced by Esplanade in partnership with Chiwas Hospitality Group, OOMO supports St. Mary’s Food Bank and its mission to fight hunger across Arizona. Every $1 donated can provide five meals, giving this shared table a purpose that reaches far beyond the evening.
