licensed real estate agent. In the same effect we have access to the best real estate investment opportunities by using the same approach of MLS research, power networking and targeted direct marketing campaigns. Inside/outside photos in panoramic view placed on MLS (Multiple Listing System) and real estate Internet sites. This allows potential buyers to view our seller's property online with optimum presence. Advertising in local and national real estate publications and major websites. Individual property webpage. Informational pamphlet with all property information, room dimensions, tax information, a letter from the seller, and a complete history of the home for potential buyers to read while viewing the property. This pamphlet is for the seller to keep or to give to the new owner when the home sells. Attractive yard signs with flyer tubes attached for potential buyers driving by. "Just Listed Post Cards" mailed to surrounding neighborhoods. Circulated open house invitations (per seller approval). Supra System Computerized Lockboxes (we know when and who entered premises at all times). Excellent follow-up system on each showing. If no contract is submitted within the first listed month, we re-analyze our future marketing procedures with the seller and implement changes. Step by step transactional support.

Buyers will be provided with the following services:

Optimal client and property matching. We have an extensive questionnaire for our buyers to list their wants and needs. We then take this questionnaire and put the supplied information into our in house screening software and mach real estate based on the buyer's needs. Once the properties are populated based on the information provided the buyer will have access to the latest updates on any property matching their requirements in their area of choice. Client portal for custom searches and exclusive property information. Automatic E-mail Updates on any change of property status and new property additions giving the buyer immediate notice of any new available properties. We go a step further and generate full property evaluation reports for them in an easy to follow and professional PDF or power point presentation, these reports include; subject property details, listing photos, neighborhood information and full comparable market analysis so our buyers can make educated decisions from the beginning and focus on only the properties that meet all of the requirements. We present their offers and comply with all their lawful negotiation requirements. Electronic document signature platform for quick turnaround and fast offer submissions.
