JUST SOLD! NAI Horizon’s Healthcare Advisory Group is pleased to announce the recent sale of 42104 N. Venture Drive in Anthem, Arizona. The 6,770 SF medical office condo building sold for $2,450,000 ($362/SF).

Congratulations to NAI Horizon’s investment sales team: Lane Neville, Cole Neville, Matt Westra, Brandon Hall, and Cade Olivas who represented the seller, Powerpoint Adventures LLC.

This sale transaction was especially unique, as the NAI team recently leased the building to 100% occupancy before successfully converting the opportunity into a sale. Multiple offers were received within the first week of marketing, and the property went from listing to closing in less than 30 days. The winning buyer closed in a two-week escrow! JUST LEASED! NAI Horizon is excited to announce the recent lease at 3502 Riga Blvd in Tampa, Florida.

Our Net Lease Division team: Matt Westra, Lane G. Neville, Cole Neville, Brandon Hall, and Cade Olivas proudly represented West Coast Mechanical Contractors, LLC in leasing 10,080 SF at the property. The HVAC construction and repair firm secured the space to support its continued growth.

Prologis served as landlord, with valuable support from the NAI Burns Scalo Tampa office on deal coordination and licensing matters. Congratulations to all parties on a successful lease transaction!
