Please join us in welcoming Lily Sterner to NAI Horizon as our Property Management Assistant! Lily brings a strong background in commercial real estate and property operations, with experience managing office, medical office and retail properties. Her expertise includes tenant relations, vendor management, lease administration, budgeting, operating expenses and capital improvement projects.

Throughout her career, Lily has supported the daily operations of multiple commercial properties, coordinating maintenance, vendor relationships, financial reporting, lease administration and capital projects. She has also managed tenant and vendor relationships, supported budgeting and capital expenditure tracking, and overseen tenant improvement projects.

Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication from Arizona State University and brings a strong focus on organization, attention to detail and exceptional tenant service.

NAI Horizon is proud to kick off another year of our Brokerage Training Program, an investment in the next generation of commercial real estate professionals. Led by CEO and Designated Broker Lane Neville, this year-long program combines weekly classroom instruction with hands-on learning to equip aspiring brokers with the knowledge, skills, and real-world experience needed to succeed. Participants engage in role-playing, financial modeling, market research, practical assignments, one-on-one mentoring, and in-the-field experiences alongside seasoned brokers.

We're excited to welcome this year's class: Eric Crone, Jack Basham, Lo**ta Fidler, Thomas Madsen, Chase Mesquite, Danielle Grau, Ben Blonder and Christian Pagdilao. The program is already underway with much progress over the last two months, and we look forward to watching this talented group grow throughout the year. Please join us in welcoming Brian Engstrom to NAI Horizon as our Commercial Property Manager! Brian brings extensive experience managing commercial properties across retail, office, and industrial portfolios in both Arizona and New England. His background includes overseeing large-scale portfolios, managing daily property operations and tenant relations, preparing annual budgets and monthly financial reports, conducting CAM reconciliations, administering leases and amendments, negotiating vendor contracts, and supervising tenant and capital improvement projects. Brian has also worked closely with legal counsel on lease agreements, evictions, and other property-related matters, bringing a well-rounded approach to commercial property management and client service.
