We’re pleased to announce that GWS Tool Group, a leading manufacturer of custom, standard, and modified cutting tools, has extended and expanded its manufacturing facility at 10867 & 10895 N. Solar Canyon Way in Surprise, Arizona.

With the expansion, GWS now occupies a combined 35,000 SF of industrial warehouse space. GWS serves a range of industries, including aerospace, defense, power generation, automotive, and medical, and continues to expand its footprint through strategic acquisitions across the U.S. and Canada.

Please join us in welcoming Lily Sterner to NAI Horizon as our Property Management Assistant! Lily brings a strong background in commercial real estate and property operations, with experience managing office, medical office and retail properties. Her expertise includes tenant relations, vendor management, lease administration, budgeting, operating expenses and capital improvement projects.

Throughout her career, Lily has supported the daily operations of multiple commercial properties, coordinating maintenance, vendor relationships, financial reporting, lease administration and capital projects. She has also managed tenant and vendor relationships, supported budgeting and capital expenditure tracking, and overseen tenant improvement projects.

Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication from Arizona State University and brings a strong focus on organization, attention to detail and exceptional tenant service.
We’re excited to have Lily on the NAI Horizon team and look forward to seeing her contribute to our continued growth! NAI Global
