NAI Horizon is pleased to announce the successful completion of a 10-year lease for a 12,500 SF industrial suite at 7300 E. Hampton Avenue in Mesa, Arizona.

Executive Managing Director Isy Sonabend represented Komico Technology, a key subcontractor to TSMC, in securing a long-term lease with HTC Vacuum, a globally recognized vacuum technology manufacturer headquartered in Taiwan. The Mesa facility marks HTC Vacuum's first manufacturing operation in North America. In addition to facilitating Komico's acquisition of the Mesa property and a facility in Portland, Oregon, Sonabend has continued to support the company's expansion efforts. Since acquiring the property, Komico has invested more than $50 million in facility enhancements, including the construction of state-of-the-art clean rooms to support the growing semiconductor supply chain in Arizona.
