Over the course of his career, Steve has equipped himself with wide-ranging operational and entrepreneurial-based business management experience, complemented with various accomplishments in corporate operations, accounting, finance, marketing, and project management. He started his career at PTM Telecommunication Services as a general manager where he played an integral role in instituting the telecommunication company; which progressively grew to more than 9,000 customers and expanded business to offices in Massachusetts and New York, as well as in Canada. Moreover, Steve served as the driving force behind numerous successful business outcomes, including generating $8 million in annual sales as well as the acquisition of 13 companies and opening of several other offices. After more than 10 years of service at PTM, Steve imparted joined J. Brown Realty Development, LLC wherein, as a developer, he oversaw the entire operations as well as six direct reports comprised of project managers and office personnel. In his 18 years of tenure, he has provided notable contributions to the company that substantially impacted the organization as a whole. To cite a few instances, Steve played an instrumental part in achieving $15 million in peak annual sales through strategic business plan development of the residential home building company. In addition, he produced $4 million worth of sales by negotiating a win-win contract of the bulk sale of 10 condominiums. Steve joined Sinmar Realty as its sole owner and designated broker in August of 2015. Steve’s sheer dedication to be an expert in the real estate industry has been reflected through his strong educational background. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies at Boston University, he studied at Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business for his Master of Real Estate Development. Olin Graduate School of Business for his MBA. Along with his education, Steve underwent extensive professional development and obtained several licenses. These include the Real Estate Broker in Arizona and Massachusetts along with a General Construction Contractor from Massachusetts. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
