We haven't posted in a while so I thought I'd share a testimonial from last weeks settlement.

We Purchased Mr. & Mrs. Thompson's House in Chester and after settlement Josh Bacon asks them a few questions about their experience working with us.

The Thompsons decided to sell their property because they have a growing family and it was beginning to become a burden for them. Both working full time jobs and having to decide where to spend their time they felt it was time to move on from this property. After some initial fears of not being able to sell the property or thinking no one would want to buy it, we were able to put their fears at ease, handle all the paperwork, clean out and everything that was associated with selling this property.

We Purchased Mr. White's House in Philadelphia and Josh Bacon asks him a few questions about the process of selling the house as is. (Sorry in advance for the brief interruption I received a call during the recording 🤦🏾‍♂️)

We Purchased Kevin's House in Philadelphia and Josh Box asks Kevin a few questions about the process of selling their house as is.

Mr. Kevin decided to sell the property because he wanted to get rid of the property for personal reasons that were weighing him down.
