But behind all of that is a career I take very seriously.

There’s market research, preparation, continuing education, contract knowledge, follow-up, problem-solving, and a whole lot of work that never makes it onto Instagram.

Yes, I have a lot of fun, but I also have a big responsibility when I’m helping someone make one of the biggest decisions of their life.

Everyone is so focused on where rates are going that they’re forgetting the actual question.

And the actual question is: what does waiting cost me?

maybe they need a backyard for zoomies. maybe they’re happiest soaking up the sunshine and keeping an eye on the neighborhood. or maybe they just need a really good window for bird watching.

because let’s be honest ... when you’re looking for a home, their wishlist matters too which is why i’m always thinking about the four-legged members of the family during the process.

because home should be a happy place for everyone. 🏡🐾

If my best friend told me she needed to move but felt completely overwhelmed by getting her house ready, I would not hand her a 47-item checklist.

I’d come over, walk through it with her, and help her figure out what is worth doing, what can wait, and what buyers probably will not care about nearly as much as she thinks they will.

That is exactly how I want my clients to feel too: supported, informed, and never left to figure it all out alone.

And it all starts with a simple dm. 💌
