Hard to beat working out of a place like this.

Huge credit to Paul Carson, founder of Philly Mortgage Brokers, for bringing these buildings back to life and creating such a great little ecosystem—real estate, title, lending, business brokers and commercial all in one spot.

On days when the weather cooperates, it’s even better… coffee outside, dogs running around, and a pretty great place to get some work done.

Everyone knows the old thatch roof building and our visibility is my favorite part!

Sorry not sorry!!

Over 70 people through in 30 hours, multiple offers, and sold in 1.5 days on market. This one was, as one agent put it, "a constant revolving door" and we couldn't be happier for our sellers!!

There is a neighborhood in Phoenixville where KRG represented 6 sellers or 50% of the listings in 2025.

The data speaks for itself. Almost 11k higher average sale price, faster sales and better price per square foot.

AND our sellers paid a listing fee 27% lower than PA state averages according to Bankrate.

When we built our lower fee model, we asked a simple question: what are clients paying for that doesn’t actually serve them?
