🏡🐾 Community supporting community — this is what makes a difference!

We are incredibly grateful to the Pearl River County Board of Realtors for choosing us as their 2026 nonprofit organization! ❤️

They’ve been raising funds for our animals in so many fun ways — including their recent Singo fundraiser and Split the Pot drawings at their meetings. And at last week’s meeting, the Split the Pot winner turned around and donated their winnings right back to the shelter! That kind of generosity means more than we can say.

We also loved having the opportunity to share a little more about PRCSPCA and HOPE Thrift by Pearl River County SPCA with their members. Several REALTORS® were surprised to learn that HOPE Thrift can pick up donations — something that can be especially helpful when a buyer purchases a home and the remaining contents need to be donated.

Instead of those items going to waste, HOPE Thrift can put them to work supporting homeless animals right here in our community. It’s truly a win-win! 🏠➡️🐾

Thank you to the PRC Board of REALTORS® and its members for supporting our mission, raising funds, spreading the word, and finding new ways to help. Community partnerships like this make all the difference in keeping our doors open and caring for the animals who need us. ❤️

From all of us at PRCSPCA — THANK YOU!

Message from Eric Bradley's phone: Great News! Just heard from the surgeon. Says he was very pleased with how it went, and there were a lot fewer "adhesions" than what he expected to see. Taken to mean that things were less out-of-whack from prior surgeries than what was anticipated. Eric is out of surgery and on his way to Recovery room now. Will send another update as received!

PRAISE GOD ALWAYS!!!

I’m thinking about the pivot. Whether by force or by choice, we all face that inevitable moment when we simply have to change course. I am all about the pivot. If you don’t mix it up, you don’t grow, and if you don’t grow, what’s the point?
